Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.
This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work within budget constraints.Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics
- Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met
- Communicate event details and updates to stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and attendees
- Coordinate guest services, including registration, accommodations, transportation, and special requests
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly handled
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hotel, restaurant, or catering industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Budgeting experience to effectively allocate resources and control costs
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively in highpressure situations
Pay:
$ $30.61 per hour
