Description

We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department at our Bochum location as soon as possible. Become part of think about IT and support us as an IT service technician (m|w|d).

Your responsibilities

  • Repair of IT components
  • Timely setup of workstation hardware (PC, laptop, and monitors)
  • Modification and dismantling of workstation hardware
  • Independent installation changes and software configuration if necessary
  • Carrying out operating system installations by documenting service processes
  • Processing of returns (complaints and revocations)

Your profile

  • Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration or information electronics technician) or proven experience in a comparable field
  • Structured work style and teamwork skills
  • First experience in repairing IT components and recording or implementing customer requirements in rollouts
  • Relevant manufacturer certifications are advantageous
  • Driver's license class B for cars/vans (old: class 3) desirable
