    Description

    The Trainer is responsible for scheduling, preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training/safety activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide OJT for associates. Line Leads, Material Handlers and PIT drivers.
    • Conduct daily routine production, facility, and safety audits.
    • Work with training Manager to construct SOP for the cross functional team.
    • Assist with classroom Training.
    • System training: Nulogy, Red prairie and DBF
    • Assist Training Manager with safety training.
    • Monitor and provide safety concerns to Safety Manager.
    • Assist Safety manager with daily task.
    • Support production supervisor/floor as required.
    • Maintain training and safety document.
    • Collect, consolidate, evaluate and prioritize feedback on training content to develop plans for revisions.
    • Perform administrative and other assigned duties as required.

    Requirements:

    • Experience within co-pack facility.
    • Flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends as needed.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation skill
    • Ability to collaborate with all cross-functional team.
