Your tasks
As a sales professional (m/w/d) in project sales, you will play a key role in the further growth of our company and create individual development opportunities for yourself and the team at our location.
- Independent generation of qualified leads in the energy sector as well as in mechanical and plant engineering
- Conducting market analyses to identify potentials for the service portfolio of Atlas Titan and making initial contact with decision-makers by phone
- Presentation of the extensive service portfolio of Atlas Titan
- Transferring qualified leads to the sales team
- Supporting our customers in the handling of technical projects and the optimal staffing of open positions in the engineering field
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable degree
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the field of engineering and personnel services
- Confident handling of telephone customer acquisition and new customer approach
- High self-motivation, enthusiasm and demand for one's own performance
- Team orientation and service mentality
- Sales and communication talent with a sense for cross-selling opportunities
