Your tasks


As a sales professional (m/w/d) in project sales, you will play a key role in the further growth of our company and create individual development opportunities for yourself and the team at our location.

  • Independent generation of qualified leads in the energy sector as well as in mechanical and plant engineering
  • Conducting market analyses to identify potentials for the service portfolio of Atlas Titan and making initial contact with decision-makers by phone
  • Presentation of the extensive service portfolio of Atlas Titan
  • Transferring qualified leads to the sales team
  • Supporting our customers in the handling of technical projects and the optimal staffing of open positions in the engineering field

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable degree
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the field of engineering and personnel services
  • Confident handling of telephone customer acquisition and new customer approach
  • High self-motivation, enthusiasm and demand for one's own performance
  • Team orientation and service mentality
  • Sales and communication talent with a sense for cross-selling opportunities
