Job Details:

We are looking for long-term production workers/operators (m/f/d) in the semiconductor industry at our location in Dresden, Oak Ridge.


You will be responsible for operating machines and equipment, monitoring production processes, handling error messages, and ensuring smooth production flow.

You will also perform maintenance work according to established regulations.


You will work in a continuous day shift, either from 06:00 - 18:00 or 07:00 - 19:00, for 3-4 days a week, occasionally only 2 days.

Willingness to work in a clean room environment is required.

Required Skills:

  • Reliability
  • PC skills
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Willingness to work in 12hour shifts
  • Very good German language skills at C1
