    Description

    Office Administrator

    • Midsize law firm seeking an experienced Office Administrator with 7+ years of relevant experience.
    • Responsibilities: Office Management, Finance, and Human Resources.
    • Assist in office budget preparation and monthly monitoring. Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Client Billing.
    • Manage HR tasks including supervision of administrative employees, performance evaluation, and compensation.
    • Coordinate office space allocation and facilities management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • SHRM or HR certification preferred.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience in a law firm or professional services firm.

    Salary: $150K-170K with bonus and benefits package.
