    Administrative Project Coordinator

    Supports engineering projects by collaborating/assisting the project manager and team.

    Job Responsibilities

    This position involves various tasks such as:

    • Manage CRM lists for customer relationship purposes
    The role also requires assisting in proposal preparation, creating project-specific spreadsheets, and distributing task lists to the project team. Additionally, responsibilities include compiling business reports, maintaining communication protocols, producing RFI logs (request for information), initiating project-related letters when necessary, and writing project reports with inserted photographs. Tasks may involve updating engineering specifications and changes along with collecting and distributing client bills/invoices.

    Required Skills:
    1.High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
    2.Previous administrative experience of 1-3 years preferred; applicable experience may substitute degree requirements
    3.Excel testing mandatory
