Team Leader in the FTTH Department with Russian Language Skills (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

Leading the project management team, reporting to the management
Managing and overseeing projects from conception to completion
Creating progress reports for construction projects
Ensuring compliance with legal building regulations
Monitoring health and safety regulations on site
Acting as a point of contact for clients, municipalities, and construction partners
Reviewing measurements and documentation
Accepting completed work from subcontractors
Coordinating documentation and acceptance with the client

Your Profile

Degree in Communication Technology or Telecommunications Engineering
Professional experience in infrastructure projects or extensive knowledge in the field of FTTH network expansion
Experience as a project manager or construction manager in fiber optic network construction
Strong assertiveness
Fluent in German and proficient in Russian, both written and spoken
