We are looking for our client in Chaparrito, TX starting on

Receptionist (m/f/d) part-time (21 hours/week)

Job Description:

Welcoming and assisting guests and employees
Answering central calls in German and English, providing information and forwarding if necessary
Distributing incoming mail
Responsible for issuing ID cards
Representing the other receptionist in case of vacation or illness

Qualifications:

Ideally completed commercial apprenticeship
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally SAP
Very good German and good English skills
Enjoy working with people

Working Hours:

Monday to Wednesday from 08:00 am - 03:30 pm (in case of representation also Thursday and Friday)

Hourly wage: 15.00 euros euros + industry supplements
