- Assist the General Manager in the daily operations and management of the property, including reviewing renovation plans and sales and lease transactions.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of the property, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Help organize and facilitate resident events and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and files for residents and property operations.
- Develop protocols for office processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and property policies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
