ST. JOHN PAUL II REGIONAL SCHOOL in Stratford, NJ15-20 hours/week
Reports to:
Principal
ESSENTIAL DUTIIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tuition Management
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Process payroll.
- All banking including deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepares annual budget in collaboration with the Principal and Pastor
QUALIFICATIONS
- 35 years' experience
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills bilingual English-Spanish a plus
- Ability to function independently and professionally with staff and volunteers at all levels.
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
MINISTERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knows and understands the culture & mission of the Catholic Church and applies Catholic teachings to all areas of responsibility.
- Maintains confidentiality in all areas of responsibility as required.
