    Description
    We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to perform financial statement preparation,
    account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, in a
    well-organized and timely manner for five High Schools in the Diocese of Camden. This
    role involves working closely with bookkeepers to provide accurate and timely
    information to school administration.

    Responsibilities
    Perform monthly closing tasks including journal entries for month end revenue
    and expense accruals.
    Perform account reconciliations and analysis for all Balance Sheet accounts.
    Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
    Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and provide variance
    analysis.
    Provide assistance in the development of the annual budget.
    Provide forecasts and cash flow projections.
    Working knowledge of accounting principles, processes, procedures, and
    standards.
    As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement
    preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow
    analysis, budgets and forecasting.

    Requirements and skills
    Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 3 years prior experience.
    Working knowledge of accounting principles, processes, procedures, and
    standards.
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word & Outlook.)
    Exemplary planning and time management skills.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    High level verbal and written communications skills.
