About the Job
Join our team as an Assistant Manager where you play a crucial role within the store's management team. You are not only responsible for driving your own sales performance but also for motivating and leading the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You will be instrumental in generating excitement around our products, launches, and initiatives while ensuring that our communication standards and confidentiality policies are upheld at all times. Additionally, in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will take charge of overseeing all store operations as the Key Holder.
