Your tasks

  • Secretarial tasks (i.e. administrative and clerical work) for the department head, including organizing and managing appointments, booking rooms, placing orders, and preparing meetings; welcoming, assisting, and potentially coordinating internal and external visits for the department head
  • Coordination of documents for LWL committees
  • Coordination of contracts and coordination with the procurement office
  • Data entry into information systems
  • Preparing minutes, documents, and tables
  • Participation and support in other organizational tasks for the department
Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the municipal public sector, e.g. administrative assistant, Coesfeld model, office management clerk, administrative training course 1
or

  • Other relevant threeyear vocational training, e.g. legal and notarial assistant
  • Experience in secretarial and administrative support
  • Proficiency in using MS Office products
  • Organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in direct and telephone contact with colleagues
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
  • Professional and serviceoriented demeanor
Additional information

for our LWL construction and property management department in the department of "Construction Projects in the Psychiatry Network and Forensic Psychiatry".
