    - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday

    Specialties / Licenses or Certifications

    - Peer Support Specialist certification preferred

    Salary/Hourly Wage

    - $17.00 per hour

    Your Responsibilities
    • Provide recovery support services in partnership with Peer Support specialists and team members
    • Offer coaching and mentoring to peer support staff
    • Ensure team members receive necessary orientation and training
    • Interact with individuals in a Recovery model, facilitating group activities and maintaining positive relationships
    • Complete required clinical documentation and adhere to compliance standards
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Completion of Peer Employment Training for Peer Support Specialist certification
    • Basic computer skills
    • Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use services
    • Ability to teach recovery information and tools
    • Effective communication skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of four (4) years of full-time behavioral health experience
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
