    Description

    Job Description


    Responsible for conducting various testing procedures to collect data from clinical samples and overseeing daily operations. Serve as the main contact point for technical and logistical inquiries within the team.



    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Perform and document tests following SOPs and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance.
    • Monitor test procedures to maintain expected standards and results accuracy.
    • Schedule tasks in designated area and manage inventory for testing supplies.
    • Train new staff and assist in resourcing planning.
    • Collaborate with team Manager on compliance, quality incidents, and process improvements.
    • Coordinate feedback and performance development with managers.
    • Plan for equipment acquisitions and suggest purchases.
    • Implement process enhancements and provide guidance to staff.
    • Manage quality control systems and safety procedures.
    • Coordinate department preparation for audits and ensure health and safety compliance.
    • Act as primary contact in manager's absence and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
    • Engage in ongoing education and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and operational results.
    MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree Or
    • Equivalent education and 1 year of regulated lab experience.
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    • Knowledge of job area principles and regulatory standards.
    • Ability to guide others and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
    • Proficiency in lab techniques, safety procedures, and complex testing procedures.
    • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
