Position Overview: At Vectra, we are seeking a skilled Team Lead or Manager to join our Americas Account Development team. As part of this role, you will oversee the growing ADR team across the Americas to bolster field pipeline development efforts. Responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and nurturing ADR talent - Providing secondary-account development leadership and guidance - Collaborating closely with field sales leadership to ensure robust pipeline coverage in alignment with sales objectives - Assisting Account Development Representatives in identifying new business opportunities in Greenfield Enterprise accounts through inbound and outbound strategies - Establishing and managing KPIs related to the activities of the account development organization - Applying critical thinking to offer recommendations in unstructured scenarios - Engaging with team members and cross-functional teams to meet individual and collective sales targets Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 7 years of overall experience - 1-2 years of experience in leading or managing an ADR team - 2+ years of prospecting as an individual contributor - Preferable knowledge of the IT/Cybersecurity industry - Devotion to continuous learning and development - Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Confidence in communicating with prospects and customers professionally - Ownership of business-level outcomes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Our competitive total rewards package ranges between $110,000—$150,000 USD at Vectra.
