    Description

    As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. With your extensive experience in React, , TypeScript, and CSS, you will drive projects from conception to launch, collaborate with the business to achieve strategic goals, and provide mentorship to other front-end team members. Your expertise will not only contribute to the development of cutting-edge features but also to the cultivation of a robust and engaging user experience for our diverse community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality front-end features using React, , TypeScript, and CSS.
    • Work closely with the product management and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Drive projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high performance.
    • Employ best practices in software development to maintain code quality, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
    • Mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
    • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring seamless functionality across the platform.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, advocating for their adoption where beneficial to our projects.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with React, , TypeScript, and CSS in a production environment.
    • Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design, web standards, and performance optimization.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects end-to-end.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in mentoring or leading development teams is highly desirable.
