We are looking for enthusiastic trainees starting in summer 2024 in Lippstadt for the profession of personnel services clerk (m/f/d) at Farmers

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You conduct job interviews, hire personnel and coordinate their deployment
You review the job and applicant market and publish job advertisements to recruit personnel
You acquire orders, win companies as clients, search for suitable personnel on behalf of clients and support client companies
You create qualified candidate profiles
You develop customer-specific offers for companies and participate in contract preparation
You prepare payroll
