    Description

    We are currently seeking a full-time construction cleaner for post-construction clean-up at construction job sites. Rate of pay will depend on experience. **$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment**

    **Days:** Monday through Saturday

    **Hours:** 6 am to 5 pm **Duties:**

    Perform cleaning tasks including collecting trash, debris & leftover material pickup and removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, etc. with attention to detail and quality according to scope of services for the account.

    Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.

    Use various industrial cleaning supplies and equipment.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    Must be able to carry and utilize a backpack vacuum.

    Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States.

    Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
