    Responsibilities:

    LS Power is seeking a project engineer intern for the summer whose responsibilities would include:

    • Supporting the Systems Engineering and Operations Departments
    • Obtaining a general understanding of Engineering principles for utility transmission systems
    • Providing computer drafting support for new and existing assets
    • Assisting with reviewing drawings and specifications
    Qualifications:
    • Pursuing a BS in Engineering from an accredited university with a graduation date in December 2024 or May 2025
    • Effectively manage multiple assignments under time constraints
    • Solutions focused team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Work independently with direction on a regular basis
