    Customer Service Representative

    Are you a dedicated and proactive professional with a knack for customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team


    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Entry:
    Accurately input customer orders into our system.


    Order Tracking:
    Monitor and update the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.


    Customer Communication:
    Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.


    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Prior experience in order entry, order tracking, and customer communication.


    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


    Attitude:
    A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


    Flexibility:
    Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
