    "Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $32,400, and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000

    Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $34,400, and our top earners made $36,000 in commission last year."

    Responsibilities

    A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales and Service Account Manager Agent:

    • Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle.
    • Develop insurance proposals for prospective clients.
    • Conduct sales presentations following our sales process.
    • Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve high sales targets.
    • Dedicate two to three hours daily to managing existing accounts and customer requests.

    Requirements

    What Makes a Sales/ Agent Successful?

    • A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
    • Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve.
    • Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats. We are a start-up
    • Strong technological skills are required.
