**Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Control**
We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Control at our Middletown facility.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
D&H Distributing is seeking a dedicated Distribution Operations Supervisor to oversee the Inventory Control function on our Middletown, PA DC. This position works with a diverse group of co-owners - ESOP Company so our employees are all co-owners of the company This role leads a team of co-owners to ensure that all our customers receive outstanding service. This position is also responsible for ensuring hard deadlines are met in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.

About the Role:
This role oversees the day to day operations of Inventory Control functions including scheduling daily activities, assigning work to their team, determining proper staffing levels and balancing the workload. Along with that, performance coaching, feedback ensuring production and quality standards are met, ensure team completes workload in established timelines, and timekeeping. You will enforce policies and procedures of the company, effectively communicate both upward and downward, create and utilize a variety of reports using reporting tools, and provide conflict resolution and problem solving to direct reports.
**Required Qualifications:**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of Inventory Control supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of WMS system
WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible to work on various shifts, and departments, as required.
Overtime, Weekends, Holidays, as required.
Full-time
