    Description

    The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Director of Warehouse Operations and will support the day-to-day operations of our Pennsylvania fulfillment division within a 400,000 square foot warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor will directly oversee a team of Leads and Associates, and will direct the daily operation, provide mentorship, coaching, and maintain high standards of safety at all times.

    The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 1 year of proven warehouse supervisor experience and is ready to take on more. This candidate will learn all areas of Warehouse Management, including fulfillment, receiving, returns, wholesale, and replenishment. This candidate must have the desire and ability to problem solve. Operate in a fast paced, high-pressured environment and enjoy developing efficient processes.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overseeing outbound pick and pack fulfillment, bulk wholesale shipments, trailer management, unloading, check-in, put-away and location maintenance
    • Establish best practices, warehouse procedures to achieve operational efficiencies
    • Set warehouse goals in collaborations with operations management
    • Running daily reports to manage incoming projects and order queue
    • Managing Locus robot queue, programming, and reporting
    • Monitor workplace performance of team through check-ins, performance reviews, and training initiatives
    • Maintain safety guidelines at all times; facilitate safety training
    • Manage inventory counts and reconcile with WMS
    The successful Warehouse Supervisor will deliver metrics of success such as:
    • On time delivery of 99.7% or higher
    • Picking Accuracy of 99.7% or higher
    • Working within the labor budget as a % of sales
    • Working within the supplies budget as a % of sales
    • Tight controls of inventory management with little impact from inventory adjustments
    • Strong safety culture driven by near miss submittals and warehouse employee engagement
    The Ideal applicant for this position would have:
    • 1+ years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with direct reports
    • Ability to read, write, understand, speak and translate Spanish and English
    • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
    • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
    • Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop team members
    • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Desire to work and collaborate with other warehouse leaders
    • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Applications / G-Mail
    • Presentation skills, including oral presentations in front of warehouse team
