Insight Global's Managed Services Division Evergreen is looking for an operations and practice coordinator to support our Engineering Division in San Ramon, CA.

What You'll Do:
Tasks will include but are not limited to timekeeping for consultants, onboarding and offboarding process management, equipment collection and tracking, exit interview reporting, template/presentation building, document maintenance, marketing tool management, newsletter and other creative content building, taking leadership meeting minutes, vendor coordination, email address creation and making license requests to Tech Support, reporting and analysis of consultant information, core in-office management tasks, planning and hosting virtual and in-person events, and running with culture initiatives for the practice.

We are seeking someone who is adaptable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, comfortable with public speaking, and can handle the wide range of tasks having to do with the total operational success of our growing practice.

Required Skills & Experience
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
