Your Role
- Takes a proactive approach to partner with business to anticipate, assess, and provide practical HR solutions in support of business needs.
- Supports senior management in translating company mission and business goals into sustainable organizational programs, practices, and behaviors.
- Acts as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing timely and effective advice on HRrelated matters.
- Works collaboratively with senior leadership to identify and understand the challenges and opportunities and to deliver talent and organizational solutions that ensures a capable workforce that is led by outstanding leaders.
- Aligns succession planning and talent management to the overall workforce strategy and supports leaders in developing all employees to reach their full potential.
- Coaches functional management to increase people manager acumen and accountability
- Acts as an employee champion and identifies trends to help inform/support management to build an effective culture at C4 Therapeutics
- Takes a systemic and data driven approach to influence strategies and help solve emerging organizational/talent challenges.
- Supports and contributes to a culture of collaboration and learning that aligns with the C4T Values.
- Drives the development and implementation of talent management initiatives and programs that align with the Company's overall strategy and culture.
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Industrial Relations
- 7+ years of HR experience, including talent management experience.
- Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry required.
- Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management capability and experience leading HR programs; Strong organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation, and prioritysetting.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior and executive leaders.
- Selfmotivated, assertive, and selfconfident with a strong business acumen and the ability to act with urgency and passion.
- Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Systems thinker; connects dots and drives to a bigger picture.
- Highly collaborative and takes a consultative approach to business partnership.
