    **Planning Role Responsibilities**

    + **Maintain good communication with their assigned site(s).**

    + **Monitor PMs, WOs, and Inspections for their site(s).**

    + **Discuss overdue tasks with site(s) leadership.**

    + **Maintain the Metrics reporting weekly for their site(s).**

    + **Update PM schedule to fit the changing needs of site(s).**

    + **Order Uniforms for the site(s) team(s).**

    + **Assist in data collection of any kind. Example: How many locker WOs were there for the month?**

    + **Visit site(s) once a week unless instructed otherwise.**

    + **Share discoveries with data discrepancies in program(s) -or- errors.**

    + **Foster a positive culture with engineer and client interactions.**

    + **Maintain Thanks You card stock.**

    + **Complete eLearning assignments.**

    + **Submit Harbour safety observation once a month at minimum.**

    + **While on the clock be accessible via work phone and/or messenger.**

    + **Be well versed in Excel and understand Excel VBA**
