Description
For our branch in Junction City, IL, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)** to join our internal team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and preparing monthly payroll
- Weekly invoicing
- Handling all personnel administration from entry to exit
- Monitoring and managing time accounts for all employees
- Independently handling administrative and organizational tasks in the HR department
- Preparing and creating documents
- Communicating with social security providers, health insurance companies, and authorities
We expect the following from you:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in payroll processing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent and reliable work ethic
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
