Responsibilities:

Your future tasks include:

  • You will be responsible for organizing customer transactions such as quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, returns, and complaints.
  • You will handle service and complaint management by phone and email (including data maintenance of the ERP/CRM system).
  • You will ensure a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • You will be the internal contact person for all questions related to customer service.
  • You will optimize and further develop processes within the customer service department (in collaboration with colleagues).

Qualifications:

Your profile:

  • You enjoy telephone customer contact, organization, order, structure, and systems.
  • You are good at dealing with customers and have a good understanding of your field.
  • You are able to handle stress and remain calm even when there is a high workload and multiple projects at once.
