Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for actively advising and assisting customers on and off the train, thus having a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

You ensure order and safety on longdistance trains and conduct ticket inspections.
In case of disruptions in operations, you may also take on special tasks.
By serving food and drinks at the seat and participating in improvement processes, you ensure a high level of service for customers.
