    Job Title: Receptionist

    Pay Range:     $ $28.50hourly

    Full time job


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations in our office.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained
    • Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
    • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
    • Proactively monitor and respond to emails and inquiries
    • Assist with coordinating meetings and events


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong customer service orientation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
