Fine Processing Officer (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:


  • You will handle administrative offense proceedings, review the relevant facts and issue fines and cost assessment notices. Additionally, you will process objections, appeals and requests related to these proceedings or notices, while adhering to legal deadlines and conditions.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree or training in law or public administration.
  • You are familiar with the legal foundations, particularly in administrative and regulatory law.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the application of law.
  • You are proficient in using modern technology (MS Office 365).
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are analytical, independent, and organized in your work.
  • You are assertive, decisive, resilient, able to resolve conflicts constructively, and enjoy working in a team.
