Your qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial training
Experience in sales of machinery and plant engineering
Experience and industry knowledge in the Germanspeaking foundry industry
Technical basics of machinery and plant engineering
Ability to make contacts, communicate effectively, and focus on customer needs
Persuasiveness and psychological skills
Business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
Analytical, independent, and responsible
Ability to think and act across departments
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (mainly in the Germanspeaking region)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Driver's license

Your responsibilities:

Support of existing customers in the Germanspeaking region
Initial contact and acquisition of new customers
Active and individual telephone, electronic, and personal customer support and consultation
Consultation, customer support, scheduling, proposal creation, contract negotiations, order acceptance, and order processing
Analysis and evaluation of customer needs
Development, initiation, planning, control, and monitoring of sales activities and optimization strategies
Multidisciplinary communication, coordination, and proposal creation in an international team
Market and competition analysis with the derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
Representation of the company towards the customer
Participation in trade fairs
