Job DescriptionJob Title: Direct Hire Workday Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to collaborate with a dynamic company in the Portland, Oregon area for a Direct Hire Workday Analyst position. Our partner boasts an employee-centric work culture and has achieved remarkable growth over the past four years.
As a Direct Hire Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our partner's Workday system to meet evolving business needs. You will utilize your expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and data management to drive efficiency and enhance user experience across various functional areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, engage with third-party vendors, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects within the Workday system.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday functionality, including business process configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting support.
Architect solutions encompassing configuration, security, testing, and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify pain points, prioritize requirements, and streamline processes.
Liaise with third-party vendors on integrations, updates, and testing activities.
Build and maintain reporting and dashboard capabilities to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Stay informed about Workday future releases and assess potential impacts on existing configurations.
Coordinate enhancements to drive improved user experience and enable self-service functionalities.
Participate in change management initiatives and provide end-user training and support as needed.
Utilize project management skills to define, drive, and meet project milestones.
Partner with the Payroll provider on payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years' experience designing and implementing HRIS reporting systems.
3+ years of experience with Workday is required.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures.
Proven success with complex, enterprise-wide projects.
Change management experience is ideal.
Initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, and flexibility.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

Compensation: $100,000 or more (Depending on Experience)

Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional visits to the Portland office as needed
