    Job Description:

    The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), Adolescent Health, Screenwise & Reproductive Health program in Portland, Oregon is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Reproductive Health (RH) Program Contracts and Grant Coordinator (Operations & Policy Analyst 2) to optimize access to top-notch reproductive health services by designing funding mechanisms to enhance services offered across Oregon.

    This is a secure, full-time position represented by a union. This recruitment is aimed at identifying qualified candidates to fill present or future opportunities.

    Responsibilities:
    As the RH Program Contracts and Grant Coordinator, you will be a part of the Operations team within the Reproductive Health Program. You will support a diverse network of clinics and organizations providing or supporting access to RH services statewide. Your role will involve developing and coordinating various funding opportunities, both new and established, to promote equitable access to Reproductive Health Services. You will collaborate with OHA to streamline funding processes for partners and design a program focused on racial and health equity. Monitoring the program's progress and collaborating with partners to enhance its efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    A Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and two years of professional experience, or equivalent experience supporting the required skills.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in managing contracts and budgets.
    • Ability to develop grant programs and interpret financial data.
    • Skilled in problem-solving and project management.
    • Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial software.

    Working Conditions:

    Primarily computer-based work with occasional travel within the state.
