    Position Title: Business Systems Analyst - Claims (Operations & Policy Analyst 2)

    Location: Salem/Marion; hybrid position

    What You Will Be Doing:

    This role focuses on identifying, designing solutions, and resolving Medicaid claims-related work within the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Responsibilities include issues related to claims adjudication, researching claims processing, testing change requests, collaborating with various partners to address outstanding claims issues, and providing oversight in the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Equivalent of five years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work. For example, a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and two years of related experience.

    • Knowledge of health systems, Medicaid policies, and quality improvement
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
