Salem/Marion or Portland/Multnomah; hybrid position What you will do This position is responsible for identifying system and operational needs across OHA and partner groups to support accurate and effective systems and operational processes for Behavioral Health programs and service delivery.
This position is charged with providing strong leadership in accomplishing the primary directives of improving behavioral health systems and data accuracy.
This position is a liaison across OHA for the purpose of identifying gaps; root cause analysis; developing and building on business processes; identifying areas for data system improvements; and OHA data collection requirements.
This position is expected to identify and work toward the elimination of health inequities as part of new and ongoing legislative efforts.
This position monitors and tracks project schedules, areas of risk and system performance as appropriate. This position monitors and administers project contracts, monitors, and evaluates performance. This position regularly communicates with agency leadership, systems users, and external business partners.OHA values service excellence, leadership, integrity, health equity and partnership and has a strategic goal to end all health inequities by 2030.
Minimum Qualifications Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.Example:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
