Professional policy and data analyst with a background in quantitative analysis, judicial processes, social inclusion programs, and criminal justice policy evaluation. Most recently served as a Data Analyst for the Office of the Inspector General for the NYPD, where my experience in policy evaluation led to significant reforms to NYPD operations, policies, and practices. 

Research Assistant – studied the impact of MS-13 on indigenous farming, social inclusion programs in India, Kenya, and Tanzania, refugee resettlement programs in Canada, and led Medicaid and Medicare policy evaluations.

Data Analyst - led numerous quantitative and qualitative investigations into NYPD policies, procedures, and practices, culminating in multiple public reports and recommendations.

Master's in Political Science (American Politics) from NYU- thesis on institutional antecedents of judicial ideal points. 

Bachelor's in Political Science (American Politics) from Reed College - thesis on the impact of political parties on judicial behavior.
