    Position overview:


    Reporting directly to the Molding Manager, our future Molding Supervisor will have as main missions to manage & coordinate the production (Plastic injection, Molding & Over-molding), to lead the process in shopfloor in terms of application & standardization..

    and to manage a team of shift leaders and technicians/technologists.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
    Manage and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing production
    Allocate labor resources and track schedules to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
    Recommends methods/procedures to reduce energy waste, streamline the use of the labor force, and reduce material wastage
    Develops, evaluates, and improves production process using an advanced knowledge of plastic injection
    Ensure application, respect, and standardization of injection & process standards
    Managing production reports & dashboards, and ensuring compliance in audits
    Contribute to training and development of the team
    Maintain work discipline and order in the workplace.

    Key skills and Qualifications:
    Bac+5 in Industrial/Mechanical engineering
    Minimum 3 years in the same position, plastic injection, Automotive industry
    Solid understanding of technical aspects and deep Knowledge of plastic Injection activity
    Good English Communication & Spirit of analysis/synthesis
