  • Verification of permit holders according to the AÜG based on business and personnel documents at their business premises (usually) or at the office
  • Handling of complaints (local inspection)
  • Legal advice on matters related to the AÜG during and after an inspection
As a prerequisite, you bring

  • University degree or comparable qualification or comparable profile
Ideally, you also bring

  • An empathetic and positive attitude towards all people as well as a positive attitude towards the social security system in the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • Good understanding of legal texts and experience in their application as well as knowledge of the legal foundations in the field of temporary employment and relevant sections of labor and collective bargaining law, occupational health and safety law, and social law.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative law.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant MS Office applications.
  • High customer orientation and willingness to provide service.
Due to field work (approx. 60%), with occasional overnight stays, a high willingness to travel is required. A driver's license and willingness to drive would be desirable.
