Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Technical and personnel responsibility for assembly and installation at construction sites
  • Planning and monitoring of assembly processes at construction sites
  • Implementation of quality and safety guidelines
  • Ensuring documentation is kept uptodate according to assembly execution
  • Technical acceptance of subcontractors and own machinery/equipment
  • Participation in site briefings and construction meetings, as well as conducting them
  • Regular reporting to superiors
  • Support and training of onsite team in maintenance and repairs
  • Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on MIAS products
  • Interface between onsite team and MIAS competence center
  • Implementation of continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training with extensive knowledge in mechanical/engineering
  • Basic knowledge of automation and drive technology products and systems
  • Professional experience as a construction manager/supervising installer for assembly teams in plant construction
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • Knowledge of standards, technical regulations, and occupational safety, preferably in the country of deployment
  • Experience working abroad for an extended period
  • Willingness to stay in the country of deployment for an extended period
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
