- BA in Human and Organizational Development
- EdD in Leadership with various concentrations
- M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with multiple focus areas including administration, leadership studies, and culturally responsive leadership.
- Post-Master's Certificate (PMC) in Educational Leadership, among others.
- Terminal degree in education (Ph.D. or Ed.D.).
- Professional experience in K12, higher education, or general leadership.
- Expertise in specific program areas related to teaching responsibilities.
- Facilitation and design skills for online learning.
- Leadership experience across educational sectors.
- Research methods, organizational development, and team management.
- Legal perspectives, crisis management, and policy development in education.
