Your tasks:


As part of the LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation, you will work in the department "Principles, Law and Auditing" at the interface with other organizational units within the department as well as with other departments and divisions.

Your main task is to handle contractual matters related to integration assistance according to the Social Code IX.

This includes in particular the examination and consultation on fundamental contractual issues and matters, as well as the legal examination, consultation and support in specific individual cases related to the negotiation and/or conclusion of performance and remuneration agreements.


Specifically, this includes:

  • Examination and consultation on (fundamental) contractual issues and matters according to the Social Code IX and XII and the framework agreements concluded on this basis according to § 131 Social Code IX and § 80 Social Code XII, including evaluation, implementation, adaptation and further development of the agreements
  • Legal examination, consultation and support in designing legal relationships with service providers
  • Legal examination, consultation and support in proceedings before the arbitration board or in court proceedings; in specific individual cases, independently conducting corresponding proceedings
  • Support of managers in contractual matters and conducting training, as well as leading comprehensive processing of matters related to these topics

Your profile:

  • Qualification for the judicial office (first and second state examination each with at least a grade of "satisfactory")
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with the relevant legal areas for carrying out the tasks
  • High commitment and interest in interdisciplinary
