    Summary:

    This position is part of AutoZone's Digital Operations team, working under the supervision of the Product Manager, Digital Operations, and responsible for supporting AutoZone digital products and platforms, ensuring optimal performance to deliver excellent customer experience. The person in this role will act as the product expert on the team with core responsibilities for the stability and availability of all Digital Platforms and integrations, including the management of our partners and vendors, to ensure the best digital experiences for established, new, and non-customers. Understands the enterprise e-Commerce system, leveraging analytics across the channel to develop KPIs and drive business and technical goals. The person in this role will have a significant impact on the success of the company's digital strategy and will be a critical member of the Digital Operations team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Will work under the direction of the Product Manager/ Director, Digital Operations
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to drive site performance and optimization.
  • Produce business requirements documentation, coordinate project progress, and collaborate with IT and e-Commerce teams on project execution.
  • In-depth understanding of databases, with knowledge of front-end development technologies and integrating digital platforms.
  • Understand the enterprise e-Commerce system leveraging technology across the entire channel.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management Systems, APIs, and various Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience working with insights and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and A/B Testing tools. Create reports based on business needs for digital analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with Tag Management tools like Tealium, and able to write and customize tags using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
  • Experience working with Tag management tools, and well-versed with Tags and Extensions. Know how to integrate tags and use extensions to get the data needed into our digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics.
  • Adobe Web SDK Schema function and implementation practices. Expertise in understanding eVars, Props, and Events, including types of eVars and know-how of eVars use, as well as mappings with Tag management tools.
  • Understand data layer structure and function from a dev perspective, including APIs and their importance in getting the data needed.
  • Well-versed with Consent and Cookie Banners, Cookie expiration and policy, and Dev console to understand Tags data flows and mapping to e-Commerce analytics.
  • Perform Data Quality checks and balances through data auditing tools.
  • Working with Product owners, IT, Developers, and Analysts to make sure we have synergy within our data sources and being one source of data feed.
  • Working with the implementation team to make sure tracking requests get worked in a timely manner and added to the sprints when upcoming features are launching, as well as fixing old or outdated data being captured in the data layer.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Offshore teams, and Business Process Analysts to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured in the user stories, design, and solutions.
  • Participate in Sprint Review, Demos, and stakeholder management throughout the product life cycle.
  • Work closely with other teams (UX, IT, Analytics, QA, Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure the delivery of quality software and feature sets that work in conjunction with other department initiatives to meet the complex needs of customers.
  • Become familiar with the latest technologies and trends in e-Commerce. Leverages these to accomplish business and technical goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders from different functional areas to understand their business, and how it impacts the ongoing development and operations of e-Commerce products.
  • Communicate with leadership inside and outside the department on roadmap deliverables, product stability, and performance metrics.
  • Coach direct reports in all aspects of product ownership, professional development, and corporate values.
  • Manages relationships with vendors and third parties.
  • Skills and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or something related. A master's degree (MS or MBA) in Computer Science or a Business degree with a concentration in MIS or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in Digital e-commerce, owning and leading management of digital products and projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Expert business case analysis, planning, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • An expert understanding of technology and experience working with IT on technology projects.
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Experience in conducting research and presenting ideas and findings to various stakeholders.
  • Strong Project and Process Management background.
  • Experience with product management.
  • Experience in different SDLC methodologies/environments is a must. Agile experience preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors, 3rd party systems, processes, and projects.
  • Demonstrated history of managing IT projects and comfort in interacting with and creating new technologies based on business needs.
  • Experience working with e-Commerce platforms - ATG, Endeca, or other leading e-Commerce platforms/applications preferred.
  • Experience working with APIs and Web Services.
  • Experience working with Session replay tools like Tealeaf and Quantum Metric.
  • Experience working with e-Commerce Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics/Target and Google Analytics, and understand A/B testing tools for e-Commerce platforms.
  • Business case analysis, planning, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the business and stakeholder needs.
  • Capable of interacting with multiple levels within an organization and communicating company goals to external organizations
  • Proven responsibility for various aspects of Digital Integrations and proven experience developing strategies to improve the e Commerce business.
  • Proven experience in taking a strategy and breaking it into tactics.
  • Proven experience in executing tactics aligning towards an overall objective.
