- A proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they stay on track with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Extensive experience, with 12 or more years working on projects similar to those mentioned, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
- A knack for business development, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and success.
- Exceptional team-building and management skills, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Familiarity with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and other modeling software, as well as, proficiency in Microstation or other CAD software.
- TxDOT precertification in relevant categories, showcasing your commitment to excellence in transportation engineering.
