Our client is a company in the special vehicle and heavy machinery industry, offering a wide portfolio of innovative drive concepts to its customers.

They have established themselves as a market leader in mobility solutions and have international locations.

Due to strategic growth, we are currently seeking a System and Project Engineer (m/f/d) for Drive Technology for the Augsburg area.

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for interdisciplinary design and predevelopment of drive and chassis systems
You will create concept studies for drive train and chassis areas
You will design traction and drive solutions for vehicles
You will simulate engine and chassis components in driving systems
You will develop prototypes for component system solutions and vehicle drive trains
You will be responsible for preliminary design and dimensioning of component system solutions and drive trains
Your profile:
Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or physics with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent qualification
Solid professional experience in the field of vehicle technology and drive technology
Experience with a CAD system, preferably Siemens NX
Knowledge of FEM and simulation
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
