About us:

For our client, a well-known company in the logistics industry, we are currently seeking a logistics specialist (m/f/d) to join our team immediately.

Your profile:
Successfully completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable degree or studies in logistics.
Further education in customs law, such as a certificate course in customs (IHK), is advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of customs and import regulations, specifically for the Chinese and Turkish markets.
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Independent, structured work style, team spirit, responsibility, commitment, flexibility, reliability, and organizational talent.

Your responsibilities:
You will be the central contact person for freight forwarders and logistics partners, both domestically and internationally.
Responsible for tendering and coordinating transport orders by land and sea.
Handling customs clearance for imports, including the application of various customs procedures and monitoring compliance with legal regulations.
Maintaining relationships with customs authorities, acting as a point of contact for approval and certification processes.
Obtaining and monitoring necessary approvals, preparing and supporting customs inspections and audits.
Supporting and advising internal departments on customs-related matters.
