    We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team

    Are you passionate about Sales? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you can grow your career and be an integral part of the day-to-day success of an organization that truly cares about their team members? Then you may be the right fit for our team

    We need passionate, love helping people and a great listen for our Fredericksburg Location. Who is interested in building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in the product lineup, and closing sales.

    Typical compensation is based on sales. If you have the skill and know how you could make from 60,000 to 100,000 a year. We our looking for someone that has that drive and passion to sell.

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule of about 5 days.

    We Want to Hear From you if:

    • You pride yourself in providing the BEST customer service.
    • You are enthusiastic about the Appliance industry.
    • You are meticulous, self-driven, and an effective communicator.
    • Pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical and drug test.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Create sales material to present to customers

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
