- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects.
- 6 years of Supply chain planning along with Project Management experience.
- Experience working across with Supply chain, PM, Manufacturing, Quality Control in a cGMP environment within Biologics or Cell Therapy Operations.
- Advanced Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Excel.
- Experience with ERP system is a preferred plus.
- Self-starter and team player, Analytical, leadership, strong communication, stakeholder management and time management skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis, change management and material lifecycle management.
- Duties will include assisting site with needed day-to-day Supply Chain activities.
